These Terms govern access to Nova Steward. By creating or using an account, you agree to these Terms and the Application Policy.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement and provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for account activity, protecting credentials and passkeys, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized use.
2. What Nova provides
Nova plans, compares, coordinates, and—after required approval—may execute supported tasks through third-party providers. Features, providers, and availability may change. Nova is not an airline, hotel, restaurant, retailer, bank, transportation operator, or travel insurer.
3. Your approvals
An approval authorizes only the action and material terms displayed. You are responsible for checking traveler names, dates, destinations, prices, restrictions, cancellation rules, and eligibility. A provider may reprice, reject, expire, or cancel an offer before completion.
4. Purchases, fees, and refunds
Prices and provider charges are shown before approval when available. Third-party providers process transactions and control fulfillment, changes, cancellations, credits, and refunds under their terms. Unless expressly stated, Nova does not hold customer funds or independently guarantee a refund.
5. Connected accounts and data
You authorize Nova to access connected services only within the permissions you grant. You may disconnect providers. Our handling of personal data, location, email, calendar, and memories is described in the application and applicable privacy notices.
6. Acceptable use
You must comply with the Application Policy, provider rules, and applicable law. You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use automation to evade security or human approval safeguards.
7. Availability and disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Nova Steward disclaims implied warranties and does not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free AI output, provider availability, or completion of any proposed transaction.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Nova Steward will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by third-party providers, user instructions, inaccurate information, expired offers, service interruption, or unauthorized account use.
9. Changes and termination
You may stop using Nova at any time. We may modify or discontinue features and may suspend access for security, legal, or policy reasons. Material changes to these Terms will be posted with an updated effective date.
